Refund Policy

All sales are final! We do not do returns.

For exchange,

  • If there any defects from our side we will exchange the item, no questions asked! And will take care of the Shipping costs too!
  • If you wish to exchange an item due to sizing issues, a customer will be responsible for all shipping costs and custom charges.
  • Please email us for any exchange related questions.

Please note: the cost of the shipping for exchange will be double the usual shipping cost.

  • If you accidentally break or damage the item, I am more than happy to help get it fixed at the Ripe Market in the UAE. ( For days & timings of the Ripe Market please visit the ‘Market & Outlets” page or follow us on Instagram).
  • All personalized Item are not exchangeable.
  • Please have the receipt  ready during Exchange.
